Your purchase conditions (all pricing net w/o tax):

• Orders are accepted Mon-Fri from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. by phone (dial +49-641-9726-200) or by email to export@intos.de. Our Online Shop is available 24/7.
• Our minimum order amount is 25€; for orders up to 50€ we will charge 5€ small quantity surcharge. Shipment freight depends on weight and volume of your order and is added afterwards to your order; orders with value 300€ and up are delivered free of charge within Belgium, Netherland, Luxembourg, Denmark, France and Austria (excluded from free shipping are shop walls, bulky items (such as network closets) and forwarding shipping.)
• Orders arriving until 5 p.m. are usually forwarded to the carrier on the same day (applies to GLS; DHL & UPS until 3 p.m.).
• Payment conditions: first 3 deliveries require payment in advance, then upon receipt of invoice, 14 days net.*
• Current special offers: Every Wednesday and Friday our clients receive special offer information free of charge by email.
• Digital link: Export product data, inventory, new product information, color-coded delivery time indication systems, cross selling items, prices, images, EAN, units, manufacturers URL, short and long descriptions, weight, various languages and much more through our FTP center. Get all this in your selected format up to 4 times a day.
• Stationary Shops: We offer high-quality solutions for merchandise presentation with 100% Cash Back option.
