INTOS ELECTRONIC AG, Siemensstraße 11, D-35394 Gießen, distributes products and services via electronic media. The collection, processing, and use of your customer data is performed in accordance with the strict provisions of the German Data Privacy Act. INTOS ELECTRONIC AG as well as its trading and service partners only process and use the collected data to the extent required and legally permissible for the execution of the concluded transactions and the maintenance of the resulting customer relationship.

Secure transmission and storage of your data

INTOS ELECTRONIC AG encrypts all transmissions of personal customer data with SSL. In addition, all personal customer data is processed and stored on protected servers. These servers are protected by means of "Firewalls" with access control rules against access from the outside in order to prevent unauthorized access to, as well as the loss, improper use, or modification of, the user data.

We also offer you an SSL encrypted data transmission for entering your payment information. The data is encrypted by means of Triple DES (168/112 bits). The key length is 1024 bits.

Collection, Processing and Use of Your Data

Any processing and use of your data is done to ensure proper performance of our services. Depending on the service provided, we may be obliged to forward data to our own business organisation, to business or service partners of INTOS ELECTRONIC AG (e.g. to a forwarding agent in order to deliver your order).
